good entry-level job to gain aviation experience good for networking

Cons

no benefits, no travel benefits, toxic culture. I was told I would receive a sign-on bonus but never had. pressures you to work six days a week, even though they advertised part-time hours. they don't pay overtime, paycheck comes short often. management is very unfriendly

But they take out too much work from you. And the pay is very less based on the work you have to do. Expect very busy day and lots of pressure.
