Pros
Switch Automation is by far one of the best places I have ever worked. I can really tell I love my job when I look forward to showing up everyday. The work is not only challenging, but fun and they have allowed me learn and engage in so many different aspects of the organization.
The people and culture are great! My piers and leaders are always willing to help, passionate and care immensely about what they are doing. It is empowering to work with people who are so committed to what Switch is trying to accomplish.
