Pros

- Experts in field sampling programs and mobile tours - Expertise in design and build; custom sets and vehicle wraps - Flexible work schedule - Best-in-class experience activations (pre-COVID-19)

Cons

- No clear value proposition and poor vision for the business for long-term success - Owners/C-Suite out of touch with workers needs and changing industry trends - Terribly misogynistic, culturally out of touch and lacking diversity - Seasonal sweat shop - Not diversified enough to evolve/compete

Pretty good company but ended contract harshly

Pros

Did everything they were supppsed to, paid on time, easy to access with questions, very friendly staff that you got to know well, etc.

Cons

They ended a bunch of our contracts quite abruptly. We all had consistently great progress reviews and essentially established the market for a huge new brand. But a new manager came in and said he didn't want the original team anymore and we all were not renewed. That same friendly staff turned cold and simply released us without any feedback as to why. Just thought the relationships there were genuine, but obviously not.

Pros

The people are the best. The culture had been one of the best parts of the company, and even with some cutbacks that led to losing legendary events like "Field Day" (a day off where all employees would compete for prizes and vacation days), it was always a pleasure coming into work and doing brainstorm lunches with smart people. And smart people that help you not stay as late as you would working in many other agency environments. Unless there is an RFP or big pitch, you are usually able to get out around 5.

Cons

Leadership sometimes lets on that they don't have a focus on where the company should be going in 2 or 3 years and what types of work it should be doing at that time. The ship's compass could use a quick fix. Having said that, you have plenty of room to make your own opportunities and learn from great people, just knowing that the company might not be the same company in a year or two.
