      Pros

      Miles and expenses were honored timely. HR support was great.

      Cons

      Switch is an agency hired by companies (AKA clients), and the company that used Switch to employ me and my team fired us with no notice what so ever. One day we were all terminated, nation wide, with no warning. Switch gave us all the tools needed to collect unemployment benefits.
