Pros

The opportunity is there if you work hard and invest in yourself and your career. Management is supportive and genuinely wants to help you succeed. Throughout my career, at Swyft I have grown so much personally and professionally, and I give credit to my mentors and the culture here. Everyone has the same goals and works hard, together to achieve them. It’s a fun place to work and the employee culture is great. Swyft is all about growth and development and there are several programs in place where account managers can contribute ideas for new projects and processes. Swyft is growing fast so there are many opportunities for leadership, expansion, new departments, projects; etc. You can really build a rewarding and successful long-term career here.

Cons

I don't view this as a con, quite the opposite actually, I just see where others could...this organization is in high growth mode. We are evolving and changing constantly, and the demands are rapidly changing. I feel as though that continues to help me develop as a professional, however, if change stresses you out, I could see that this might be a difficult aspect of the job.
