Pros

The work environment at Swyft is very welcoming and my coworkers are like a second family. Swyft is a smaller company so there is a ton of opportunity for growth and to forge your own path.  I have enjoyed watching how quickly Swyft has grown in the short time I have been here and I am excited to see what is to come!

Cons

Because it's a smaller company, compensation starts out a little lower than maybe some comparable companies. But just keep in mind that your opportunity for growth here is a lot greater. Big picture!

Pros

In the time that I've worked here, I've been able to learn so much and build new skills. I am able to work autonomously but I always have support when I need it. The environment is very relaxed--employees work hard but we also know how to have a good time. We do fun team events to build camaraderie, and everyone on the team genuinely gets along. My favorite part of working here is that my input is valued and I'm able to make a positive impact.

Cons

Since the company is relatively new, there can be a lack of structure in certain areas. However, we are always looking for ways to improve, and we've implemented a number of processes since I started.

Pros

Benefits are good and ample amount of PTO; pay is good as well with opportunity for bonuses; management is helpful; all employees are very nice. All in all it's a great place to work!

Cons

No 401k; Matching of HSA contributions would be very nice
