      Great potential, management needs work!

      Pros

      Building great products & some great people on the team lots of real potential. Enjoyed the projects I worked on so much experience gained.

      Cons

      Management (Snr exec's to be specific with the exception of head of engineering) is very dishonest. One of their values is integrity & they have 0. Salaries are very low or I was just grossly under paid.

      Pros

      There are some highly intelligent, resourceful, and kind people who work here. It was the help of these people that kept me there longer than I would have otherwise.

      Cons

      Disorganization and some questionable practices. Every task is requested last minute with high urgency because of a lack of systems and processes.
