      Cons

      Some managers are remote and can be frustrating at times with peers being remote. Miss the face to face collaboration. This is not just a Symbotic thing, its industry wide now.

      Worked at symbotic for a couple of years. Projects are exciting, the company is at the nice place in its growth. Competitive salary. The technology has an incredible potential.

      Cons

      Poor company culture. There's no real event or action that promote team spirit or mental health. The relationship with the company is contractual, employee growth is not their priority.

      Cons

      -Experience is highly dependent on your team and your manager. Some managers are great about communicating with their employees and managing workload etc, while other managers will continue feeding you more work until you say no.
