      the people i worked with were cool. so was some of management.

      the machines were imperfect, yet we were supposed to run them like they were.

      They did pay me usually on schedule.

      Cons

      Work/life balance. Constant fighting within the team. 30 minute intro into the company before being thrown to the sharks. Watching a Director level employee smash hardware during a fit during my first two months should have been a red flag. Thankfully an 8 year employee received a raise to "Senior" tech during my time.
