      Pros

      Good pay, great co-workers at the individual contributor level.

      Cons

      Negative culture, lots of blaming vs. constructive collaboration. High turnover rate. Lots of shotgunning and knee jerk reactions to issues, vs. carefully planning things out. Mediocre benefit package with no 401k match.

      Pros

      Decent pay with challenging problems to solve. Flexible work hours if needed. Fascinating technology in a really rapidly growing industry.

      Cons

      Unrealistic deadlines. Constant focus on the here and now without plans for how to attain future goals. Symbotic has an excellent sales team but they do not have the functioning product to back it up. The pitch is great; however, the reality is multiple versions of the same product per customer being maintained in parallel with no apparent future where there is only one. This forecasts a bleak future for employees as more customers are introduced.
