Pros

Benefits are the only saving grace of the company Also, if you're in desperate need for a job, and would not like to work at mcdonalds. I would suggest symbotic.

Cons

Extremely long work hours Absolutely no career growth unless management favors you. Constant GM changes, company turn around rate for GM's are about 6-8 months and hourly employees is about two weeks. Compensation is extremely low, well below other starting wages for a warehouse position. Constant empty promises, management will sell you a dream that wont come true. Promotions are nonexistent, unless your favorable by management. The list can go on.

Exciting company in a growing space with immense opportunities to grow in the robotics space. Symbotic has an impressive vision for the future of logistics & robotics.

Cons

Management's direction is unclear and overly aggressive. They're trying to sell the vision ahead of creating the technology. Very challenging deadlines and workloads for all involved.

Fast-paced company with endless opportunities! The projected growth at Symbotic is truly inspiring and causes employees to buy in to the entire solution. Symbotic still has a start-up feel and you can have a voice and make an impact right away. Collaboration and ideas are highly encouraged. Great company to work for, everyone is friendly across departments and a strong sense of a team-work attitude here!
