      Pros

      Fun, productive work environment. I get to work with some really great people who are very passionate about what they do. We're working on Robotics and Automation, it doesn't get much cooler than that. Brand new office space for the hw team as well, close to the testing area. We're scaling quickly, so there's new people starting every week, and lots of opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are unrealistic timelines, but that seems to be the case at every growing company I've been at.

      Pros

      Symbotic LLC is a solid company with competitive pay. However, some employees, managers, and directors give it a bad reputation. Instead of leading effectively, they sometimes allow issues to persist because they fear being outperformed by their own staff, which results in a lack of accountability within the organization.

      Cons

      I’d be cautious about recommending them, given their consistently high unemployment and turnover rates
