- pay is good - never bored - promote from within - technology is cool, it works, and the customers like it

Cons

- it’s a grind - no slow times - constant finger pointing. Better be able to CYA - 50% travel means 100% travel - many people were hired for a role, then get transferred to a worse position when the person in that original spot quits - very little WLB…calls 5am-9pm and expect to work weekends

Cons

Disorganized, an inventory control company with no inventory control internally. No production control. Production will grab experimental parts from inventory without knowing it. No supplier qualification for production.
