Business Outlook
Pros
good work environment (engineering office), opportunity to work with experts on a new trend ( warehouse automation). I work for more than 30 years on this business and I am learning new ways to do my job and new technologies. Good salary and benefits. I am a foreign and a senior, so the company is really open to diversity.
Cons
Company is going thru changes since I started so it is a bit stressing, just do your job best you can and should be no problems. Nothing is guaranteed anywhere anymore anyways.
