Business Outlook
Pros
I am provided with autonomy in my work and enjoy working with my boss. A culture to promote from within on the sales desk. Compensation is good/above average for an internal wholesaler. Growing company that looks to continue establishing itself in the independent & broker dealer/wire distribution.
Cons
A lack of track record promoting to the field (external wholesalers). People will generally start as sales support specialists prior to being promoted to internal wholesalers. This can take around a year for most people. CRM and other internal systems are not up-to-date despite living in a tech hub.
