Strong projected growth as company rises to become a national player. Strong inclusive culture that inspires great talent to excel. Strong executive leadership who are poised to lead Symetra to the next level and beyond. Focused IT Leadership that has matured and continues to improve IT Service Management to well above standard levels. Collaborative work environment with continuous feedback. Flexible work/life balance with above average time off.

Cons

No free parking, but a small price to pay.

Company was good overall. Typical culture for the industry. Mostly collegial but political in pockets. There was a bit of internal angst after the Sumitomo acquisition over some anticipated org changes.

Cons

Communication and cooperation between departments could be sometimes challenging.
