Pros

-The people are so great to work with! My boss and co-workers and are one of the biggest reasons why I have stuck around for 10+ years. Very supportive environment where asking questions is encouraged at every level. -CEO Margaret is amazing! Innovative, approachable, down-to-earth -The work is interesting and challenging (in a good way) -So much opportunity to grow and learn, hard work pays off here! If you have a positive attitude, come in every day and try your best, want to excel and take on new challenges, and take pride in your work, then this is the place for you!

Cons

-Commute and traffic can be a downside depending on where you live.

Still plenty of room for people to make a positive difference. Excellent opportunities for advancement - I have seen it first hand. Excellent people and culture. The CEO sets the tone. Margaret Meister maintains the highest integrity and business practices - she cares about the people - she is a great lady and great leader. I

Cons

Maybe not the company for you if you have dreams of becoming a multi-billionaire. The people who have provided bad reviews on Glassdoor are living in some alternate reality from my perspective - very sorry there are people carrying a chip on their shoulders unnecessarily - a shame.

It had possibilities and some great people to work with who care about the company. They used to have and encouraged growth.

Cons

It's future is uncertain. There is not enough to become what they want to be and it has to be developed from the inside not bought.
