jumps on trends in the media without thought; guilted into going into the office 1-2 times per month enough though we are supposed to be a work from home company

From Craig Deep, VP Benefits Underwriting: Thank you for your continued loyalty to Symetra. I’ve worked here for about two years, and the remote work flexibility is definitely a game-changer in the industry. We do also feel there is additional value to personal interaction and currently try to leverage optional team office days once a month. Management provides lunch on those days and teambuilding activities are often scheduled for those who are interested. Our team has been getting together in person more often, but everyone has the choice to connect virtually.
