We also regularly monitor salary ranges across our industry and we’re confident that we’re in line with industry standards. We just adjusted salary ranges in November. Leader in DE&I, leaders care about burn-out and work life balance. Full time telework is smooth and lots of smart people here.

Cons

Some applications that are currently in transition are a bit clunky and modernization is happening quickly which isn't a con.
