Thank you for sharing! We too have recognized that with our product and distribution expansion, consultative selling skills and more robust training is a must! We have recently rolled out weekly trainings for Internal Wholesalers, Sales Support Specialists and Regional Vice Presidents that align with our expansion efforts. We appreciate this feedback and always looking for areas to improve.
