People are good and very collaborative all the way from the top Good place to grow working in a rapidly evolving environment Ability to carve your own career path, multiple examples of cross domain growth paths

Cons

Since the solution is very disruptive the change needed are disruptive too and might create short term pains for people who are not good with a dynamic work culture

The best part about Symphony Talent is my team. From my management to my coworkers, everyone is smart, driven, and fun to work with. My manager is inspirational, understanding, and takes the time to teach me new processes. In this well-supported environment, I get to work with well-known brands, helping them to find the right employees. It feels good to do work that matters, and I see many opportunities for growth. To make things even better, I get to do this job from home, which has significantly improved my work/life balance as a working parent.

Cons

This job is intense, and the pace doesn't let up. There is definitely pressure to get a lot of work done at a high quality, which isn't for everyone.
