- Verbally abusive leadership -Leaders actively retaliating against those who speak out -Threaten those who speak up and/or question their decisions -No career path -Sales team has to fight for (beg) commission payouts, regardless of what is agreed to in contracts -Absolutely no strategic vision or plan for the company, just grow sales -Associates are not given the resources needed to complete the expectations set on them

Awful senior leadership. Turnover rate is crazy high. Berates employees on team calls. Tons of layoffs, no security whatsoever. They've either let go of so many good employees or they're fleeing.
