Pros
Peers are generally great people to work with, and the unlimited PTO is a nice benefit, but apart from that I wouldn’t waste your time and energy working at this company.
Cons
CEO has his own agenda right now and could care less how his employees feel. You will feel unheard and undervalued at this company, the pay is not fair and continues to get worse, the culture has gone way down hill and for someone who values strong culture it is miserable to work here. Most managers refuse to stick up for their employees and also have their own agendas that don’t seem to include caring about how their employees feel. There are so many other cons but I will just say that this job has made my life miserable and unfortunately no one cares to do anything about it, and no one cares to stick up for their employees or give them any reason to stay here.
