- You can’t get away by doing the bare minimum - Management have their strict moments

Pros

At the end of the day the CEO and the rest of the management team genuinely care just as much about their employees as they care about the success of the business. This is an employee centric company through and though. That’s evident in the good pay, benefits, parties and all of the other things they do for the staff to show us how much they appreciate us.

Cons

I could nitpick and list a couple of things. Needless to say the pros far outweigh the cons.

Pros

This company has good developers, designers to work with. They mostly like government projects. They seem to get new contracts every year thereby being competitive in the market.

Cons

I have been very late in posting this review but after hearing from my friends of their similar experiences, I am posting this review. I worked for a very less tenure in this company. Its difficult to deal with the company owners. They seem to take things personally if something they don't like in their employees.
