      SynQor lacks motivation for employees. Only relatives of the VP get promotions.

      Pros

      Most people working there are nice. They try to be like a family.

      Cons

      No raises for employees. Management gets the perks. The culture is to not advance good workers to new positions. If your not a realtive of the VP, your chance of advacement is limited. Zero. Some production workers are ultra rude to others. The VP uses the "F" word in every setence he speaks. Low class. High turn over. People want out.

      Pros

      Most of the people were nice and the facility was lovely

      Cons

      the upper management team are all in-fighting and some are just blowhards. They don't care about their employees, loud ranting and raving can be heard from the executive suite, very unprofessional. The nepotism is palpable, if you don't have the correct last name, forget a promotion.

      Pros

      Location, coworkers, paid time off, health insurance, company events, internal promotions, tuition reimbursement, friendly reception, newer building, easy commute, first year dedication.

      Cons

      Glass ceiling unless you are part of the family, hypercritical management, hostile work environment, promotions of unqualified "process owners", lack of support for engineering staff. Worked here for 6 years. Started out as an entry-level employee, was promoted within the first year. Unfortunately this promotion was the farthest I'd go in my department. There is little room for growth unless you are in good with the family. Many changes in process owners, some unqualified people put in positions of power due to no one wanting to take on that particular department.
