      High employee turnover means you'll get to work on higher level projects than you might at another company.

      Next to no benefits, salary well below average, not a great work life balance.

      The people they hire are lovely and incredibly helpful

      Cons

      Thinks and behaves like a startup 15years later. Personal decisions from owners overrule business decisions. Poor communication and direction. Process owners are terrified of change in case they get yelled at by the “CEO”

      Great product within the industry Successful company with steady growth

      Cons

      Toxic work culture with micromanaging from president no matter the department. Not enough training given how hard the product is to learn if you are not an engineer. Very strict on work-life balance, will not care about your outside life. Processes are very old school, company fails to invest or utilize modern sale tactics. If you are looking to jumpstart a career in Sales, I do not think this is the best option. It's a very niche product, with not much training on the product or on sales in general.
