As many others have commented, the upper management team has given preferential treatment to their family members and advancement for outsiders is restricted. The company founder bestowed co-ownership of the company to the upper management team and as such co-ownership of the profits which they have been reluctant share with anyone outside their inner circle. As has been repeatedly stated, raises are rare and salaries are significantly below industry averages. It is a great place to learn from an industry leader but eventually even the most loyal worker leave for better pay and benefits. They would be better served to spend more money paying people to stay instead of wasting it on recruiting and training new employees. The currect CEO is a capable business manager but he steamrolls over anyone who disagrees with him.
