      Pros

      Good company to learn and gain experience. Friendly coworkers

      Cons

      Pay is cheap, no raises. Owner only cares about his family and putting money in his pocket. Management/ Supervisors coddle the lazy workers and expect the good workers to constantly pick up the slack. God forbid you complain, pretty much told to keep your mouth shut.

      Pros

      absolutely none. This place works on making their family reach and paying their workers as little as possible. The president of the company will yell at you if you do something wrong.

      Cons

      They are drama revolved. Everybody there cheats on their significant others. There have been plenty of cases of sexual harassments that go quite. A girl got fired for being sexually assaulted.

      -Talented engineering group, lots of collaboration and opportunities to learn if you are motivated -You will constantly be engaged in new projects, keeping work interesting -Many ways to gain experience and responsibilities in a variety of areas, not limited to your job -The vast majority of coworkers are very pleasant to work with -Hard work eventually will have visibility to upper management and you may be rewarded for it

      -Below average salary and benefits -Limits on mobility within the company due to its nature -Employees are seen as expendable
