Nothing that I can think of!!

Cons

The leadership has lost its vision. The product is really a service not a Saas as they are trying to portray. The new HR team is destroying this company. The first time I have ever seen the HR team really only working for the higher management's benefits. High turn over, low morale, low transparency. The pay is lower than market standard. Just don't waste your time.

Recently Synack experienced transitions in key executive positions that has allowed the company to examine the business, reset operationally, and make the budget and staffing decisions needed to better position the company for continued success. The people are smart and collaborative. Teams are continually pushing for strategic alignment, despite the challenges of being remote. And as one of the longer-tenured employees, I have tremendous respect for our founders. If you want to be a part of a start-up that is working towards a successful exit and has the momentum of -re-prioritizing engineering -sales and product led growth -accountable and data-driven marketing -and a great customer-base (take it from someone who lives in the CRM) …then Synack is a fit for you.
