Working for or in healthcare entities for the last 10 years, I've seen my fair share of interesting workplace cultures. Yet, I'm proud to say Synapse Health resides at the top. Synapse has provided me with work autonomy, flexibility, professional support, and encouragement. Knowing my team trusts and supports my ideas and strategies is a huge pro. Cons
As the company transitions into its next phase of growth, growing pains can be felt. However, it's not uncommon and those who are ready and willing to meet challenges with solutions won't find it a problem. Work is being done on the employee benefits package which is a huge plus.
