The company has scaled fast and there's a lot of opportunity to build things from scratch if you're someone who wants to create, not just maintain. Leadership is accessible and the culture leans toward ownership — if you raise your hand, you'll get the room to run. The people are sharp and the pace is fast without being chaotic.

      The speed of growth means things shift — priorities, leadership, org structure. If you need everything nailed down and stable, that's going to frustrate you.
