      Pros

      - highly engaged leadership team that is actively working to improve both the DME industry broadly and internal challenges that come with growth - they hire smart, kind, and hardworking people so everyone you work with is talented and awesome to collaborate with - rapid growth will create opportunities in the coming years - fully remote for corporate roles with in-person meet ups throughout the year, consistent monthly town halls and communications come out regularly to keep you informed of what's going on - solid benefits package

      Cons

      - due to rapid growth and change that comes with being a startup, internal systems and collaboration processes are not yet standardized. It's something the company is working on but not there yet - you have to jump right in when you start, things do move at a fast pace - DME in general can be tough when there are mistakes because you are supporting patients with serious medical conditions so it can feel high pressure at times

      Pros

      Team of very smart people doing something revolutionary in the healthcare space. DME (durable medical equipment) is a multi billion dollar industry and component of healthcare that is often overlooked. There are significant inefficiencies that Synapse is addressing to improve the patient experience.

      Cons

      It's a fully remote work environment which makes communication more challenging but also provides flexibility and widens the ability to hire great talent regardless of where they live
