      Toxic environment with poor training and management

      None because this place sucks.

      Cons

      -managers talk about you behind your back to leads (sending snarky gifs) -terrible training. updates are made last minute with no training and the “training” provided is just pdf word documents -have you working with incompetent overseas agents who don’t know anything and expect you to handle their workload -every departments workload is handed off to intake agents -they work you like a dog with little to no room for switching departments -will tell you no call no showed when you have proof of contacting manager when you weren’t going to be in for the day -drag you into pop up meetings and don’t adjust your time so you get penalized for being off queue and so much more…

      Pros

      The mission is real here — Synapse is genuinely trying to simplify healthcare in ways that matter, and you can see it in the product roadmap and how leadership talks about the work. The company has scaled fast and there's a lot of opportunity to build things from scratch if you're someone who wants to create, not just maintain. Leadership is accessible and the culture leans toward ownership — if you raise your hand, you'll get the room to run. The people are sharp and the pace is fast without being chaotic.

      Cons

      The speed of growth means things shift — priorities, leadership, org structure. If you need everything nailed down and stable, that's going to frustrate you.
