Pros
Management and CEO always helpful and will go above and beyond to help you succeed. Benefits and perks are also great, you also get bonuses. Fully remote with the option to go into the office if preferred. Compensation is also great if you work hard… nature of sales. I also love meeting all the different people around the world.
Cons
Training virtually is harder, maybe spending more time with new hires to get a better understanding on the product and procedures at the company. The person training new hires is amazing!
