Pros

free snacks and la croix. some of the team leads are helpful, and there can be good bonuses *if* you are able to achieve your sales goals, which doesn't seem to happen often.

Cons

literally everything else. this is a puppy mill for salespeople. it looks like they must be paying people to write some good reviews because things are a little wacky there right now with people getting fired or leaving left and right. there is no job security with how things operate, and the most seasoned sales people have been there a little over a year, if that. the hiring process most hard-working sales reps can make $70k their first year easily, which is just very untrue. the sales goals are unattainable if things are driven purely by fear. you can be an experienced sales person, work the metrics, have great people skills, and not be an idiot, and still do horribly because of how they market their product and provide so many free options. and if it's not free, it is often extremely discounted simply to close a deal or get a PO, thus devaluing the product. horribly manager and horribly led. it's obvious that most people don't know what they're doing

Pros

You'll learn the dedication and drive you need to be a successful sales person. It's a performance based position. You can't simply make calls and be successful in any business. You must be able to talk to people and be able to sell them. If you are able to do this, then you will have a successful time here. Work hard, it's a numbers game in any sales job! The office is very nice and the people are fun to be around. Management is there to motivate you with bonuses for a job well done. Free breakfast, all the drinks you want and great coffee. I would take a look at these guys, if you are currently looking for a new position.

Cons

It's sales, so it can be stressful, you got to learn to roll with the punches.

Pros

Come in early, leave early.

Cons

Everything - They use free food like its something special. everyone agrees that they would rather have high pay than free food - No structured sales process - They make everything free - They control the opportunities - Says that it is a 3-4 week sales process when most opportunities have an evaluation of 6 months. - RETURN GALORE!!! - Team Leads will give deals, then they get returned because they push "60 day money back guarantee"... when they don't even pay... - Awful leadership, has no clue how to lead people effectively Check their revenue, their competitors are beating them but yet they've been around for 16 years... they want to hire 55 people in 2017, but can't hold on to the people currently there. The most tendered person is 1 year and some change.
