1.Micromanagement. 2.You need to update your supervisor before you leave. You can only wrap up your work if they approve. They constantly criticize your work and keep you under a lot of pressure. 3.The management doesn't check how the managers are handling their teams. 4.Lack of employee recognition and appreciation.
