Pros
I have found it’s sometimes a challenge to find a company you want to continue to learn and grow with. Management has been receptive to feedback, and has supported me in my career goals and personal development. The day to day will have its ups and down (like any job), but the more challenging times are made easier when you have a supportive manager and a great team to work with. I’ve liked being a part of a growing company rather than just a number at a larger one, and I like the direction we seem to be heading.
Some other perks: Free snacks/beverages. Weekly catering Monday morning for breakfast, and Thursdays for lunch. Holiday parties/gatherings. Generous benefits and knowledgeable HR. Comfortable and open floor plan for the office. Positive and helpful team atmosphere.
