1. Only as fresher you can enter for technical position , rare to take experience candidate. 2. Infrastructure is worst. Not a IT standards 3 branches different places in same area Annanagar. 3. No gym and some perks not for Chennai development centers , only they take care of US ppl. 5. No flexible timing 9.00 to 6.00 pm standard , but some ppl work after up to 7.30 pm. 6. Late , permission is limited 3 hr for month and after that you have to ask Manager to waive off and if not LOP !! 7.No apprication for anything if you done a really good Job. All will react same in all scenario. 8. Only formals !! This is some what I don't like !! 9. HR only hear one side from management , not from employee and never provide any idea from employee perspective
