As a founder I have worried that as we grew we'd lose the culture we had in the beginning. After nearly 7 years I can say Synchronous Health is still an exceptional organization to work. We truly value our associates and provide a supportive and collaborative work environment. I was just meeting with the clinical managers and was impressed with how they display compassion, understanding, and willingness to listen and provide support when needed. I also met with a clinician today and was inspired by how excited he was to share his ideas for growing a program to be able to serve more people. I'm a new mom and I've greatly appreciated the benefit of flexibility and work-life balance. The company offers flexible scheduling options, which has allowed me to have a better work-life balance.
