Great staff, reasonable workload, supportive management

Cons

Not the best healthcare benefits (but they are always changing as they grow) so I'm sure it will get better.

Pros

The team is very supportive. Fast paced growing and learning. Flexible schedule. 100% remote.

Cons

There a lot of changes and growth on our team. The record system in over simplified in some ways and over complicated in others.

Pros

Pay and benefits. Temporary access to some very bright clinicians. I say temporary, because they leave within a few months.

Cons

You will work over 8 hours and some weekends to make up documentation time. Lucky if you get a half hour break. No other breaks. Extremely high turn over including two supervisors in one day. I see soooo many amazing clinicians leave. This is an extremely high stress job. During interview you will be told that stress is low, schedule will be low, you will have many breaks in-between clients. This is false. Your case load will become very overwhelming. Go ahead apply and find out for yourself.
