There is a lack of parking.

I will tell you if we continue to grow at the pace we are growing we will fix that parking situation, because we will need a larger space and I will be more aware of the parking situation this time. PCA cares about their employees

Pros

PCA Pharmacy does so many things geared toward employee success and happiness. They offer a gas bonus, free health insurance, 401K match, HSA match, awesome PTO policy, Purdue Global free to employees, weekly pay, and even a free turkey at Thanksgiving!

Cons

I can't think of any.
