I don't know at what level you started but we do have a Tiered Tech program that allows you to increase your pay based on time at the company and performance in addition to scheduled raises. We also have mean great benefits that add to your pay scale such as the opportunity for a Free College Education, 401K Match, Health Savings and gas bonus. Pros

PCA offers such an amazing work environment, everyone is so kind and caring of each other. The "Leaders" are so understanding and genuinely care about their employees well-being. The company as a whole represents such amazing values and great morale oozes from each department. Teaming with Trilogy also brings one of a king perks and benefits. PCA is a home away from home.

Cons

LTC Pharmacies are hard to staff and keep staffed, so short staff-age is something that can make things a bit rough on a busy day.
