Great place to work, The company does a lot for it's employees. Love the little things they do like celebrating pi day with just a few pies for employees or having a Derby party to enjoy. Most coworkers are friendly and helpful.

Cons

Management likes to hear from employees and their opinions. However, there are MANY times when our opinion or concerns just really doesn't matter.

Leadership should always be open to ideas and opinions, sometimes they are great and work and sometimes they don't meet the overall company goals regardless if you take the time we should always follow up with you on the what and the why!
