I love working for a company who genuinely cares about their employees and their families. You don't find those type of jobs anymore. When you can go to fellow co-workers and get problems resolved without hesitation and drama it's wonderful!!

Cons

I can't think of one thing that is really wrong with working here!

Pros

PCA Pharmacy cares about their employees. There were recently employees that went through some pretty tragic situations and the other employees AND leadership stepped up to care for them. One of the annual awards is the "Servant's Heart" award - and it recognizes the individual pharmacy that has been the most giving.

Cons

I am very happy at PCA.

They recruit talent that want to succeed, if you are average, I would not recommend joining their team!
