PCA has done an amazing job of making me feel welcomed and appreciated from day 1. They have good benefits and employee activities to make it a fun atmosphere. They have great perks and programs to help employees save money like tuition reimbursement and access to discounts at hundreds of stores. A major positive is the opportunities for advancement seem limitless with the company continuing to grow and expand. The best part about working at PCA is the team building and awesome employees!

PCA has excellent benefits and everyone is very friendly! I have worked here for a long time and my co-workers genuinely feel like family. The staff is encouraging and they really take care of their own! The STARS recognition program allows employees to score free swag! Trilogy Perks gives employee discounts to local and national retailers, restaurants and even local and vacation attractions. Other benefits include health insurance (FREE insurance in some cases), vision, dental, 401K, dependent & employee scholarships and the list goes on! It really is a great place to work!

Cons

The company experiences growing pains from time to time, but that happens to every company at some point.

PCA truly cares about their employees we're not just a number to them. Upper management is easy to talk to when needed. They have a foundation that helps employees in need. I've been with PCA for 3 years and I've never worked for a company like this!
