      Bullying at its finest

      The break room selection of goods to buy are nice

      Please be honest with your reviews everyone. Bullying is an issue here and is tolerated despite what they may say. There are too many rude and petty people that they keep around making others miserable. As like a previous review rudely says that the bad reviews are bad employees who are bad at their job? Come on , this website is about honesty. It's nothing about being good or bad at your job. The company needs to allow more hiring of nice people as some departments are short staffed with an overabundance of bullies.

      Thanks for your review, although very disappointed that you feel this way about PCA I hope you will discuss with the appropriate leaders! We do have a very strict policy on bullying and do not tolerate, we require all team members to go through training on this. Honest and direct feedback is always welcome as we are always striving to improve as a company. Hopefully you will see the leadership moving in a positive direction. I do strongly feel we have a lot of honest reviews and happy team members but have failed you and I apologize for that!

      Great Company - Positive Culture- Industry Leading Technology, Strong Forward Leading Leadership. PCA Pharmacy is a GREAT place to work - I am Proud to say I represent the Best Long term care pharmacy. We are A Very dedicated company & continue to strive to make a positive impact on all of the lives we touch.

      Cons

      Nothing to comment- I can’t think of any. PCA pharmacy is an industry leader in long term care market. The Leadership is always listening to our employees & clients.

      PCA is such an opportunistic company & I have never worked at a company who recognizes their employees more than PCA does. I love being able to work at this company & enjoy coming into work every day!!!

      Cons

      I do not really have any cons, I just wish we could get more ice cream!!!
