PCA Pharmacy is employee focused! They are always trying to make changes and improvement not only to benefit the employees but the residents as well. The culture here at PCA Pharmacy is great. Throughout the year PCA Pharmacy host activities to keep you busy and always learning something new. Overall it is a great place to work!

Fast pace growing company that is not for everyone.

I have never worked for a company that was so customer and employee focused! If you are looking for employee growth, tuition reimbursement, scholarships...this company is for you! One step further, the way the employees give back to the community and to help others is AMAZING!

Cons

There are so many benefits to select from that sometimes it can be hard to pick the right ones!

Employees get to work in a relaxed, comfortable, safe, and fun environment where they feel valued, recognized, and appreciated for all of their hard work. We have catered luncheons, parties, and celebrations on a regular basis to make sure our employees know how valuable they are to our team!
