You feel like you are working with your closest friends. Employees get to work in a relaxed, comfortable, safe, and fun environment where they feel valued, recognized, and appreciated for all of their hard work. We have catered luncheons, parties, and celebrations on a regular basis to make sure our employees know how valuable they are to our team! We strongly believe in taking the very best care of our employees and they will in turn do the same for the patients and clients we service. We are an employer that understands we are nothing without our employees!

Great place to work. I love it here. The company generally cares about its employees and tries really hard to do right by the customer. Great benefits and great employee services. I would say that most of the bad reviews about the company are bad employees who are not good at their job.

Cons

None really. Wish the main office wasn't so far out in Louisville, but that is a minor thing.
