This place tries to be Google, yet they are not. They are not in line with industry standards, and so many know what's going on and turn a blind eye. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. This company hires people fresh off the boat to get diversity awards and compensations, as well to basically conform the person to what they feel is normal, which is not. If that person leaves to go elsewhere they will be in trouble. Every person I worked with during my time there would fail at any other company, I am 100% sure of this. As well the mentality of working for a bank is out the window, everyone is stuck in GE mentality that they have no idea what they should be doing. They pay is horrible and try to retain people by giving "star awards" yet these are given to people that should be removed...nothing makes sense at this company.
