The hours and time it takes to be able to try to get a different shift. You have to jump through a lot of hoops to get a shift change unless you're lucky and a shift bid comes in but those are very very rare. Ive been trying to get off the night shift which is 3:30 to midnight for a couple months now to work the 9 to 5:30 shift.

35 y/o upstart very immature business processes. Recently separated from GE still stuck in its shadow from a technical perspective. Many people still stuck in past. Need to move forward
