Pros

Pay is very competitive and they actually pay you your bonus and merit increases Great work/life balance Work from home opportunity Not being micromanaged Benefits are pretty good Vacation/Time off is good and easy to use Encouraging bosses You get to know your manager and their manager, so you're not just a face in the crowd Feel like you're being heard

Cons

Interoffice politics - this goes on everywhere, need to learn how to play the game No onboarding - Have to figure it out on your own

Pros

Decent entry level salary, very easy job, zero true responsibility other than getting your assigned work done. Cannot stress enough that this is entry level. Perfect out of college job, get your experience and leave. Would not stay longer than a year.

Cons

Management is decent, but learning as they go. Senior associates are TERRIBLE. Incredibly nosy, always complaining about their workload, even though it is quite minimal. It is probably due to their lack of knowledge in the Retirement Industry, which would explain why they are in their 40s and still only doing enty level processing. Their minds work incredibly slowly. I left abruptly due to them.
